They are out of my insurance network so my insurance told me they would submit my information to see if I would qualify by a pre determination which would take 10 to 14 days for an answer. The time passed and last week I received a phone call from Lakeside, who told me good news. I would be reimbursed 100% and to make sure to pay up front before sedation for my extraction. Three days before my surgery, I call my insurance to see who will be reimbursing me and after an hour on the phone with the insurance and Lakside Oral Surgury and my regular dentist, it was determined by my insurance that the pre-determination was denied and that nobody from the office of Lakeside had called me saying I would be reimbursed 100%. I was not talking to the person. that told me that and they could not determine who had told me that. I was almost scammed out of 670.00.

Not sure why there was a complaint or two in other reviews. I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was pleasant, cheerful, fun and efficient. The offices are extremely attractive and welcoming. Dr. Stegmann has a great sense of humor and is excellent. Going for oral surgery is never fun, but this practice makes it as pleasant as possible.

I recently had multiple teeth extracted by Lakeside Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center and Dr. Kris A. Stegmann, DDS, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the most professional and reassuring medical experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the office, the entire staff treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. Every step of the process was explained clearly, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Stegmann and his surgical team were absolutely exceptional. The procedure was incredibly efficient, precise, and — remarkably — virtually pain free. Their calm demeanor, confidence, and professionalism removed all anxiety I had going in. The level of care and attention provided before, during, and after the procedure was simply outstanding. What impressed me most was how reassuring and compassionate everyone was. The staff made me feel completely comfortable the entire time, and their organization and professionalism were second to none. I just had two wisdom teeth pulled and was really nervous going in, but the entire experience turned out to be so much better than I expected. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The doctor was excellent—very professional, gentle, and clearly experienced. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of throughout. I truly appreciate how supportive and compassionate everyone was. If you’re feeling anxious about getting dental work done, I highly recommend this office. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle!

My recent experience with Dr. Stegman stands out as what may be the single best experience I've ever had as a patient. Upon arriving I was immediately taken back to the treatment room where his staff were extremely comforting, made me feel cared for, and minimized my anxiety.. Dr. Stegman is lighthearted, kind, and instills confidence immediately upon meeting him. He works very efficiently but is in no rush, clearly with a very high level of expertise. To my amazement the entire experience was virtually painless. To be honest, I actually enjoyed myself while I was there. It is not a small thing to add that at the conclusion of my visit the fee for service was less than half what I was expecting. In all respects, Dr. Stegman and his staff totally rock.
